Second Playtest Devlog


We had undergone another round of playtesting in which we had a group of 4 players play the game and give feedback. They mentioned the following:

The level is too dark.
The player is too fast
Projectile is too slow
The players can shoot themselves while standing next to a wall or object (which adds to the player who is shooting).

We have fixed these issues post playtest, meaning the player can no longer score by damaging themselves and increased the velocity of the bolt to make it easier to hit enemy targets. Additionally, we have adjusted the values for player movement and added extra lighting to the level.
